"Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ." Acts 5:42
Small groups are the key to developing connections with those who share your interests or face similar issues in life through friendship, fun, and support. In a small group, you have the opportunity to reach out to others while growing in your walk with the Lord.
Small groups meet in homes, businesses, restaurants, or other locations. You'll have the opportunity to try something new each semester—in the spring, summer, and fall. Join a small group at any point in the semester. You do not have to be a member of Victory to join a small group.

Tools for Small Group Leaders
Small Group Areas
Women’s groups are designed by women for women to see each woman reach her full potential in every area of her life. Women lead very busy lives. It is important to invest in godly relationships with other women to nourish, strengthen, and help us grow into the person God has called us to be as individuals. Whether getting together for an activity or a Bible study, small groups invite women to experience God in real and relevant ways, to be cared for by others, and to have an unforgettable encounter with a living God who loves them unconditionally!

Men’s small groups are designed to connect you (men 18 and older) to other men in order to build lasting friendships and strengthen you in your faith. They enable you to support one another as you engage in meaningful discussions about a curriculum or participate in a fun activity based on a common interest. Each small group experience helps you to take another step in experiencing God in real and relevant ways, every day. Men’s small groups are an excellent way to grow spiritually and to help your friends and family connect to the church in a casual environment outside of weekend services.

LIFE Groups point you toward living in true freedom—everyday. The focus of the group is to identify areas in your life that limit your ability to be truly free. In this life-changing small group, you will be the one who decides how far you are willing to go to find true freedom!
Marriage and Family Resources
These groups are designed to encourage and equip men and women to build and maintain healthy, strong, Christ-centered marriages and stable families which reflect the love of God. We accomplish this by using biblically based curriculum, led by spiritually mature facilitators who are not only passionate about strengthening and enriching couples & families, but also have a heartfelt desire to care for and minister to those who are broken and hurting as the result of a damaged relationship.
Outreach small groups go forth from the church into our communities, our region, and our world with the good news of the Gospel. Outreach groups are led by people who are passionate about using their gifts and talents to further God’s Kingdom in the earth and to help those in need of a Savior.
While the specific focus of each outreach groups varies, they all point to the core values of Victory.
- Evangelism: We value reaching the lost. (Examples: street evangelism, servant evangelism, and short-term mission trips)
- Discipleship: We value the Word of God. (Examples: Faith Life Training and mission trip training)
- Care: We value people. (Examples: Victory Group, Beauty for Ashes, Real Hope for Teens (RH4T), and GriefShare.

Spiritual Growth small groups facilitate the study of biblical topics designed to provide knowledge in God’s Word that can be applied to your life now. Experiencing God in everyday life allows you to continually grow in your knowledge of God and in an intimate relationship with Him. This spiritual growth will ultimately open the door for you to fulfill God’s purpose for your life.
Next Generation small groups are designed to help young adults, teens, and upper elementary-aged children discover and walk out their God-given purpose. We exist to connect, protect, and grow students in age-appropriate groups where they will learn to experience God in everyday life through discussion of God’s Word and a variety of activities. We have fun as we celebrate victories, minister hope, and help young people take the next step in their walk with God.
