For All Positions

For any employment position at Victory, a candidate must:

  • Be a member of Victory Family Church.
  • Share the vision of Pastor John and Michelle.
  • Be a consistent financial giver to Victory according to Matthew 25:21 - "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'" (NKJV)
  • Listen to the teaching "Leaders Understand: It's Not About Me."
  • Complete the Employment Application.
  • Complete the Application Questions.
  • Complete the other position-specific requirements.

Available Positions

Graphic Designer

Full-time position. Candidates must have a working knowledge of MAC computer programs, including QuarkXpress, Adobe Acrobat, PhotoShop, and Illustrator. A graphic design degree is required; prior experience is helpful.
